Manta Diving Nosy Be, offers you four Vandamme-designed fast boats that follow ISO standards and CE certification.
The boats are designed to guarantee the best comfort at sea, for both diving and excursion use. They are provided with a shaded area and safety equipment. Waterproof lockers provide shelter for your bags and clothes that need to stay dry. The floors are coated with a special non-slip varnish and guarantee your safety while on board. They hide watertight compartments that ensure navigation even in the event of a collision. The two larger boats, Kali and Medusa, have fresh water showers to rinse off your precious camera equipment or simply to remove salt from your skin.
KALI & MEDUSA
Both 10.5 m ltf long with Suzuki 250 Hp 4 stroke engine, removable awning, GPS, VHF-UHF, dual battery, O2 on board, First Aid kit, NITROX analyser, 30 lifejackets. Side seats equipped with watertight lockers, central waterproof locker, and ample space for dressing and entering in to the water, fresh water shower in the stern area, built-in ice, the floors are equipped with 58 watertight anti-sinking compartments.
Cylinder racks are located laterally in the stern area and an additional cylinder compartment is located laterally at the bow. Hybrid boat, excellent for diving and excursions to the islands and for whale and whale shark watching.
The approval is for 26 passengers and 4 staff, usually never used to the maximum of its possibilities to ensure greater comfort. The diving capacity is 15 divers; to ensure the best comfort we use it with 10 guest divers and two guides creating 2 small groups of 5 divers plus a guide.
The cruising speed is 20nm, while the maximum is 35nm.
SAMONTA “High tide”
Long 8 mt ltf with Suzuki 175 Hp 4 stroke engine, removable awning, GPS, VHF-UHF, double battery, O2 on board, First Aid Kit, NITROX analyser, 14 lifejacket, side seats equipped with watertight lockers, central rack for cylinders with a support for cameras and various objects, comfortable for dressing and entering the water, the floor is equipped with 30 watertight anti-sinking compartments.
Boat excellent for diving, also used for excursions to the islands and for whale watching and whale sharks. The approval is for 14 passengers and 2 staff, usually used with a maximum of 10/12 passengers to ensure greater comfort. The diving capacity is 9 divers plus the Judas, but to ensure the best comfort we use it with 6 guest divers and 1 guide.
The cruising speed is 18/20 nm, while the maximum is equal to the big sister Kali.
SOAREZIKY “Lucky”
Long 7 mt ltf with Suzuki 150 Hp 4 stroke engine, removable awning, GPS, VHF-UHF, double battery, O2 on board, First Aid Kit, NITROX analyser, 12 lifejacket, side seats equipped with watertight lockers, central rack for cylinders with a support for cameras and various objects, comfortable for dressing and entering the water, the floor is equipped with 30 watertight anti-sinking compartments.
Boat excellent for diving, also used for excursions to the islands and for whale watching and whale sharks. The approval is for 12 passengers and 2 staff, usually used for a maximum of 10 passengers to ensure greater comfort. The diving capacity is 7 divers plus the guide; to ensure the best comfort we use it with 5 guest divers and 1 guide.
The cruising speed is 16/18 nm; the maximum is about 30 nm.
